I also recently noticed that, as of 7/1/2023, Huntsville Utilities is still charging me even though I moved on 3/7/2023. This verbiage from on of the addenda to the lease reads:

When you move out, you will receive a final bill which may be estimated based on your prior utility usage. This bill must be paid at the time you move out or it will be deducted from the security deposit.

This would indicate that even though the bllling goes through Huntsville Utility, an implicit transfer of utilies is implied because the cleaning crew and maintenance have to switch utilities over in order to prepare for the next tenants. I am also asking for all utility charged and paid to Huntsvile Utilities.
